Low-Income Spay/Neuter
BHS currently has funding for low-cost spay/neuter vouchers. You must come in person with photo ID and proof of assitance to qualify for a voucher. If you qualify you will get a list of participating veterinarians.Limited to three pets per household. Please call for more info.
To Qualify for one of our vouchers you must show proof of Low-Income status or State Assistance (Ie: SSI, Maine Care, Food Stamps etc). You can also show us your recent tax return to see if you qualify under the US poverty Guidelines, which can be found at http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/12poverty.shtml
