Partnership Event Requests

Thank you for expressing interest in facilitating an event to benefit the pets of Bangor Humane Society!  Please tell us a little more about your event by filling out our Event Request Form. 

Some key information to know prior to submitting your form: 

• Due to high demand, we ask that your request be submitted 30 days in advance of your event. 

• We cannot guarantee that we will be able to attend (but please don’t let that stop you from celebrating animals at your event!) 

• We make no guarantees regarding the attendance of a shelter pet, and a pet’s attendance is based on shelter population at any given time, along with considerations for temperament of the pet, and the environment of the event. The mission of BHS is to champion the humane treatment and adoption of companion animals. Our primary goal is ensuring that animals are comfortable and their stress is managed.  

• If a shelter pet can attend, we can confirm no earlier than 24 hours prior to your event.

THANK YOU! Your organization’s generous financial contribution will help provide the resources needed to address and expand the mission of The Bangor Humane Society. Funds generated from your event will go directly towards caring for animals right here in our own community.
