The money you contribute to the Bangor Humane Society immediately goes towards saving lives and helping animals in need. Donations to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization feed, provide medical care, spay/neuter surgeries, and shelter thousands of homeless pets each year.
Monthly donations: Monthly donations help you because it makes a big annual impact a little easier on your budget, and it helps us because we know we can rely on a steady revenue stream to keep shelter care and programs running smoothly. Just check the tab that says “Monthly” on our donation page and start making a difference now.
Memorial and Honor donations: You can choose to make tribute to a pet or loved one by making a donation to Bangor Humane Society. Please provide us with the name of the person or pet you’re honoring, along with the name and address* of the person you may want notified of your gift so we can send them a letter (this is the field titled “Recipient’s Name” in our online form).
*We will do our best to locate the person you want notified in the event you don’t have an address.
