Paws on Parade at the Bangor Waterfront!
Join us on Saturday, October 4th as Bangor Humane Society celebrates our 32nd Annual Paws on Parade, and we’re back on the Bangor Waterfront!
We need your help to make this year a huge success! This is our largest fundraiser each year and the money we raise is critical to providing humane treatment and successful adoptions for more than 2,000 animals each year. Our goal is to raise $115,000 to support the shelter and the more than 2,000 dogs, cats, and small animals we see each year. Whether you sponsor the event, register to walk, or donate, every dollar makes a difference in the life of a furry friend.
PLUS- We are proud to announce that Paws on Parade now includes Paws on the Green, a second, super-fun golfing event that supports the animals of Bangor Humane Society! This year’s Paws on the Green event wrapped up on Sunday, August 10th and raised more than $23,000! This number is included in our Fundraiser Progress. Thank you to everyone who attended-your donations and participation will help A LOT of animals.

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, we’re returning to our old stomping grounds-The Bangor Waterfront! Our theme this year is ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE and we hope both humans and canines will dress up as their favorite rock stars or sport their best concert gear. Enjoy vendors, lots of chances to win some great prizes, and the largest community dog-walk in the area while you support the animals of Bangor Humane Society.

This event took place on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at Hermon Meadow Golf Club! More than 120 golfers participated to raise over $23,000! A huge thanks to our Hermon Meadow Golf Club, our sponsors, attendees, volunteers, and organizers.
